
Visionary Leader for Organisational Growth

The Senior Leadership Position will provide strategic direction and visionary leadership for a charitable organisation. This role is responsible for driving organisational growth, enhancing programme effectiveness, strengthening governance, fostering stakeholder engagement, and ensuring financial sustainability.
This dynamic leader will have direct oversight of department heads for various functions including Counselling, Community Partnership, Corporate Services, Wellness Community, and Professional Training.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Corporate Development
- Align organisational growth with strategic priorities by formulating and implementing long-term strategies.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to ensure financial sustainability and long-term viability.
- Manage Funds and Donations
- Actively lead fundraising initiatives and campaigns.
- Strengthen the Centre's visibility and reputation to attract support from corporations, foundations, and institutions.
- Drive Programme Effectiveness and Efficacy
- Facilitate Management Committee meetings and lead programme planning and development.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of existing programmes.
- Manage Community Outreach and Stakeholder Network
- Represent the Centre in engagements with government agencies and the media.
- Strengthen networks with social service sector, government bodies, and grassroots organisations.
- Manage Personnel and Accounts
- Train, supervise, and develop staff to build a competent team.
- Prepare the annual budget and recommend personnel and financial policies.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the social service sector, with at least 15 years in senior management roles within a medium-sized social service organisation or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the social service profession and sector dynamics.
