About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of customer interaction, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Sales Order Management: Process sales orders, manage inventory, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Tech Support: Troubleshoot technical issues, provide product information, and offer solutions to customers.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports, analyze data, and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-centric environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
