Your Role within QRT

As a Trading Support Analyst, you will be part of a cross-functional team that provides valuable business support across various areas, including:

  • Trading Support: Ensure accurate and timely analysis and reporting of profit and loss (PnL) and positions.
  • Code Development: Enhance our internal Python codebase with production-standard code for trading monitoring and reporting.
  • System Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance and support of global reporting systems, including interactions with EMEA teams.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Produce daily reports and dashboards for management.
  • Corporate Actions: Manage corporate actions and resolve booking issues.
  • Performance Analysis: Model and analyze performance attributes per strategy/instrument.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates with:

  • An advanced degree in business or engineering with a specialization or focus in banking/finance.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in one of the programming languages, such as Python (pandas), VBA, or SQL.
  • Knowledge of probability and statistics is an advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Capacity to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and analytical skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Team player.
