We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and organize documents, records, and files.
- Assist in administrative tasks to support various departments.
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and SAP for administrative tasks.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Proficient in data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Post-secondary diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work on-site in Central Singapore and available full-time.
- A salary range of $2000 to $2500, commensurate with experience.
