Job Title: AI Programme Delivery Manager

Job Description

The primary role of the AI Programme Delivery Manager is to oversee the successful execution of AI and digital transformation initiatives. This involves supporting the design and delivery of projects, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams.

  1. Design and deliver AI and digital transformation initiatives
  2. Coordinate and participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and showcases
  3. Refine and manage backlogs in collaboration with users, developers, and testers
  4. Track delivery progress and escalate risks or blockers in a timely manner
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 3–8 years of experience in digital transformation or product delivery
  • Good knowledge of AI, analytics, or process automation
  • Experience in Agile delivery, Scrum facilitation, and user story writing
