Job Summary

The Curtain Installation Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing window treatments to exacting standards.

This role involves:

  • Conducting meticulous measurements of windows and spaces to guarantee proper curtain fitting.
  • Installing curtain tracks, rods, and accessories with precision and care.
  • Expertly hanging curtains, blinds, or drapes according to client specifications.
  • Providing timely adjustments and troubleshooting for alignment or mechanical issues.
  • Maintaining tools and equipment in pristine condition.
  • Fostering effective communication with clients and providing basic usage and maintenance guidance.
  • Working independently or as part of a team at residential or commercial sites.

Key Requirements include:

  • A valid Class 3 driving license for safe transportation to sites.
  • The ability to work alone, efficiently completing installations within tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work six days a week, adapting to changing schedules as needed.
