At LINKEDCORP HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hair Therapist to join our team.
About the Role
As a Hair Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair treatment services to our clients. This includes assisting consultants in delivering various treatments, maintaining safety standards, updating sales consultants on client scalp and hair conditions, and communicating effectively with clients throughout the treatment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist consultants in providing hair treatments, such as scalp/hair treatments, shampooing, blow dry styling, chemical treatments, and processes
- Maintain safety standards and ensure a clean environment
- Update sales consultants on client scalp and hair conditions for follow-up
- Communicate effectively with clients during treatments, highlighting product benefits and recommending retail products or services
- Maintain a consistent relationship with clients to encourage return visits
- Participate in continuing education to upgrade treatment techniques
- Provide support as needed, including attending external events and workshops
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Education & Certification:
- A formal education or certification in a relevant discipline
Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the retail and service beauty industry
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
