About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Development Manager to join our team at SANY SOUTH EAST ASIA PTE. LTD.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans based on company goals and market demand, as well as maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Market development and customer maintenance: Expand international markets through various channels, maintain close contact with existing customers, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Order Management: Develop sales plans, manage order processing from quotation to delivery, and negotiate prices and terms with customers.
  • Product and Technical Support: Provide professional advice to customers, answer pre-sales support questions, and coordinate after-sales services.
  • Market research and analysis: Analyze market trends, collect competitor information, and identify market opportunities and risks.
  • Cross departmental communication and coordination: Coordinate with production, logistics, finance departments to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Document and Contract Management: Prepare sales documents, ensure contract compliance with international trade regulations, and monitor contract execution.
  • Improve sales performance: Develop promotional activities, achieve sales targets, and master international trade rules.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Good English communication skills and cross-cultural communication abilities.
  • International Trade Knowledge: Familiarity with import and export procedures, customs requirements, trade agreements, and international payment methods.
  • Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong negotiation skills, customer service awareness, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Teamwork and Time Management Skills: Excellent teamwork and time management skills.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of SGD 80,000 - 120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
