Job Summary:

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a seasoned UAT Professional with expertise in ATM and System Integration.

  • We are seeking an individual who can plan, design, execute, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles for ATM-related applications and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze user requirements and enhancement requests for ATM-related applications and systems.
  • Formulate UAT test scripts and test cases based on functional requirements and business processes.
  • Take ownership of the UAT lifecycle, including planning, designing, executing test cases, and managing timelines.
  • Ensure test coverage aligns with user expectations and regulatory standards, especially in the context of ATM systems and banking operations.
  • Identify, log, and manage defects in collaboration with development teams, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
  • Maintain clear and thorough documentation of all test results, observations, and issues.
  • Provide daily status updates on UAT progress, highlighting risks or blockers if any.
  • Assist in post-implementation verification to ensure deployed solutions meet user expectations.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Hands-on experience in ATM testing hardware-software interaction, and system integration.
  • Familiarity with test case management tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic project environment.
  • Business level Mandarin is required as the candidate will be testing Chinese language applications and communicating with counterparts & stakeholders based in China, Hong Kong & Taiwan region on daily basis regarding project coordination, requirement clarification, issue resolution, and status reporting across testing, and deployment activities.
