Job Title: Senior Manager, Transaction Diligence

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Transaction Diligence team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality due diligence services to clients, with a strong focus on commercial acumen and analytical skills.

  • Lead teams in conducting complex due diligence assignments, identifying key value drivers and challenging assumptions about future performance
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel, including senior management and board members
  • Prepare analyses of historical and pro forma financial information to assess trends and fluctuations that may impact cash flow requirements and deal valuation
  • Perform industry and company research utilizing online tools and publicly available information
Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen
  • Possess data analysis & critical thinking skills with a flair in MS Excel applications
  • Familiar with fundamental concepts of accounting, including IFRS
