Tuas / Loyang Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned project lead to oversee the execution of projects in our Tuas / Loyang operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on project progress
- Liaise with internal teams, including quality assurance, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a contract manufacturing environment
- Strong technical knowledge of precision machining and assembly processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Technical Certificate (NTC) or Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Precision Engineering
- Experience working with multi-discipline project teams in a manufacturing equipment or system integration environment
