About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead our IT enablement programme, focusing on streamlining SAP reports and managing demand management processes. As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), you will be responsible for championing annual work planning reviews, operationalizing governance and compliance, and establishing standards for project management practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the PMO, ensuring effective programme management in a complex environment.
  • Champion annual work planning reviews with stakeholders, from budget to agreement, promoting collaboration and transparency.
  • Manage demand management processes, incorporating rigorous governance and compliance measures.
  • Streamline SAP reports for end-to-end delivery performance KPIs, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze delivery balance scorecard KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with stakeholders for resolutions.
  • Develop and implement project management standards and guidelines, enhancing operational efficiency within the PMO.
  • Provide training and guidance on project management best practices, promoting knowledge sharing and capacity building.
  • Initiate process improvements to enhance demand and delivery fulfillment, leveraging technology and data analytics.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in programme management, preferably in a large-sized organization with a complex environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint Workflow Automation, and Tableau reporting, with hands-on experience.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • The ability to think strategically, interpret policies, and apply analytical skills.
  • A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent prioritization skills and a strong focus on delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as effective interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • An active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or the ability to obtain one within 6 months.
  • Experience with project management methodology and knowledge of the system development life cycle (SDLC).
  • A degree holder with 7-10 years of relevant working experience or a diploma holder with more than 10 years of relevant working experience.
Salary Estimate

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around SGD 120,000 - 150,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
