We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Engineer/Senior Resident Engineer to join our team at Asia Infrastructure Solutions Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects from conception to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals for potential projects and assist in the development of project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, and design teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Perform various coordinating tasks, including schedule, risk management, and administrative duties such as maintaining project documentation and report writing.
  • Ensure that client needs are met as the project evolves.
  • Undertake minor hydraulic designs and support business development and pursuits in the Water and Infrastructure projects.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience for Resident Engineer and minimum 8 years of working experience for Senior Resident Engineer.
  • Experience working in the construction industry/HDB BTO projects.
  • An engineering degree in the appropriate discipline.
  • Experience in project management from conception to delivery.
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Professional and confident approach to working relationships. Team orientated with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and peers.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently when required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, supervisory, and client management skills.
  • Solid organisation skills including multitasking and time-management.
  • Demonstrated good presentation and reporting skills.
