Appian Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Appian solutions architect to design and implement effective Appian applications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Appian solutions
    • Design, develop, and implement Appian applications adhering to best practices and industry standards
    • Provide technical leadership to a cross-functional team guiding them through the entire Appian development lifecycle
    • Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues quickly determining the root cause and implementing effective solutions
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful integration of Appian applications with existing systems and databases
    • Conduct system performance evaluations and optimize Appian solutions for improved speed and efficiency
    • Act as a subject matter expert staying up-to-date with the latest Appian features and advancements
    • Provide support and technical guidance to junior team members promoting continuous learning and growth
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience
    • Proven experience in designing and implementing Appian solutions with a strong understanding of Appian architecture
    • A deep knowledge of Appian components including Appian SAIL Process Design Rules Security and Integration
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
    • Proven experience working in Agile development methodologies delivering high-quality solutions within established timeframes
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment fostering positive relationships and promoting a culture of innovation
    • Appian Level 3 certification or higher is highly preferred
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
