In-House Security Officer

We are seeking a reliable and skilled In-House Security Officer to join our team. As an In-House Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and safety procedures, with experience in managing vehicular traffic, parking, and CCTV systems. You will be expected to patrol the premises, monitor movement of people, goods, and fire safety systems, and implement security and safety improvements.
You will also be responsible for attending to security incidents, assessing risks, and determining corrective measures. Additionally, you will lead staff in incident prevention and response, establish and update security procedures, and assist with fire safety, including fire equipment and command center management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- NITEC Certification or Diploma in any discipline
- Valid PLRD SSO licence
- At least 2 years experience in an industrial building environment
- Hands-on experience with fire protection systems, security control, and monitoring systems
- Good command of English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
