Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance and modification works meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform Receiving, In-Process and Final Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections on aircraft component maintenance and modification works to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  2. Maintain QC Equipment and Machines: Ensure that all QC equipment and machines are well maintained and calibrated to guarantee accurate results.
  3. Release Maintenance Parts: Release maintenance parts after inspection, ensuring that they meet the required quality standards.
  4. Manage Quarantine Store: Oversee the management of the quarantine store, ensuring that all items are properly stored and labeled.
  5. Evaluate Maintenance Works: Evaluate maintenance works performed to ensure compliance with the latest Maintenance Data and Process Sheets.
  6. Prepare and Review Documents: Prepare and review maintenance documents for the Quality Manager and Certifying Staff.
  7. Ensure EHS Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.
  8. Assist Operations Engineer: Assist the Operations Engineer in other tasks as required and perform other duties assigned by superiors or the company.

Requirements:

  1. English Proficiency: Able to read, write, and understand English fluently.
  2. Part 145 Regulations: Understand Part 145 regulations requirements related to workshop operation and inspections.
  3. CMM Navigation: Navigate a CMM to access and interpret maintenance data such as List of Effective Pages (LEP), Illustrated Parts List (IPL), and Maintenance Instructions related to the work scope.

About This Role:

  • Microsoft Excel: Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Quality Control: Experienced in quality control procedures.
  • ISO and GMP: Familiarity with ISO and GMP regulations.
  • Drawing and Welding Procedures: Knowledge of drawing and welding procedures.
  • Fabrication and Raw Materials: Experience in fabrication and raw materials handling.
  • Welding and Quality Inspection: Skilled in welding and quality inspection techniques.
  • Audits and Aircraft Maintenance: Familiarity with audits and aircraft maintenance procedures.
  • Laboratory and Manufacturing: Knowledge of laboratory and manufacturing processes.
  • Calibration and EHS: Experienced in calibration and EHS procedures.
