Job Summary:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Make-Up Artist Cum Manager to lead our team. This key role requires exceptional make-up and hairstyling skills, as well as the ability to mentor and train junior artists.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality bridal, pre-wedding, and event make-up and hairstyling services tailored to individual client needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to ensure consistency across all services.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and performance across the team.
  • Mentor and train junior make-up artists and stylists to achieve excellence.
  • Schedule and allocate assignments for make-up artists during shoots, weddings, and events.
  • Monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Oversee daily studio operations to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Handle client inquiries, bookings, and appointments with professionalism.
  • Work closely with consultants, photographers, and gown specialists to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Maintain stock levels for cosmetics, tools, and skincare products.
  • Ensure studio hygiene and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives, promotions, and collaborations.
  • Analyze and report studio performance, including client feedback and service quality.
  • Support social media content creation, bridal campaigns, and styled shoots.
