Highly Skilled CMP Process Engineer Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled CMP process engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) and wafer bond process engineering. They will be responsible for sustaining and improving existing processes, as well as developing new ones to meet manufacturing demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sustain and improve CMP/wafer bond processes to ensure high-quality product output.
- Identify and implement cost-saving solutions to optimize production efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and reduce defectivity mechanisms.
- Work closely with equipment vendors to maximize equipment performance and yield.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics or relevant field
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SPC & FDC, with at least 15 years of semiconductor CMP process engineering experience. They must possess excellent problem-solving skills, be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
In addition, the candidate should have experience with design of experiments, automated fault detection and control systems, and general understanding of equipment component behavior.
