Deliver Exceptional Service as a Goods Transport Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Goods Transport Specialist to deliver exceptional service to our customers. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while upholding professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivery Excellence:
- Verify delivery items match and tally with Delivery Order notes.
- Obtain customer signatures and photos as proof of delivery.
- Maintain proper documentation and safekeeping of DOs and invoices for submission.
2. Communication & Reporting:
- Provide daily updates on work progress to the Field Operations Manager.
- Respond promptly to calls from the operations team.
- Be flexible to changes in duties or schedules based on operational needs.
3. Vehicle Management & Safety:
- Ensure the company lorry is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Use the company lorry only for work purposes.
- Adhere to LTA regulations and company policies.
4. Punctuality & Time Management:
- Punctuality is crucial—deliveries must be completed within assigned time slots.
- Maintain efficient route planning to optimize delivery schedules.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 4 driver's license (Singapore).
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as loading/unloading when required.
- Familiarity with Singapore's roads and traffic regulations.
