Opportunity Overview

The Opportunity:
  • We are seeking a Talent Acquisition & L&D Partner to manage recruitment across the APAC region and align with our business goals.
  • Talent Acquisition will represent approximately 60% of the role, with 40% dedicated to L&D activities.

Job Description

You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and recruiting mid-to-senior level hires across the APAC region. This role involves highly collaborative and visible interactions with leaders across the region to execute hiring plans.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage and develop a pipeline of passive talent apart from the active pool.
  • Create strong governance with hiring teams to identify trends within the market, strategize on outreach approaches, and brainstorm creative search methods.
  • Leverage internal tools to build pipeline and engage active and passive talents in the markets.
  • Focus on diversity and inclusion hiring, ensuring a diverse candidate slate across all roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a Learning roadmap for the cluster leveraging global offer or co-designing new offer using all types of solutions.
  • Lead the organization of Career events and activities related to career and development planning in the Cluster.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
  • Recruiting experience within the biopharma/life science industry is an added advantage.

What We Offer
