About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Bellman to join our team at Conrad Singapore Orchard. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assist them during their stay
  • Manage guest luggage, including delivering it to rooms and retrieving it upon departure
  • Show guests to their rooms and provide information on hotel amenities and emergency procedures
  • Assist with long-term storage of luggage and update related information accurately
  • Receive and deliver mail and messages for the hotel and guests
  • Prepare the lobby information board daily and maintain current information on hotel services and local attractions
  • Provide support to the Concierge as needed in emergency situations
  • Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience working in the hotel or leisure sector, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle heavy loads of 30kg baggage and/or parcels. You should also be energetic, enthusiastic, and attentive to detail.

What We Offer
