About this Job

Aircraft Surface Finishers are responsible for ensuring the quality and finish of aircraft surfaces. They sand, prepare and apply paints within allocated timeframes while maintaining quality standards and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare paint products and surfaces for application
  • Apply paint according to work instructions and guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Identify and address any surface imperfections or defects
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in aircraft painting or similar industry
  • Ability to work from documentation and follow procedures
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Diploma or relevant trade certificate
