Job Opportunity for a Skilled Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled maintenance technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair work on hotel equipment, including lighting, power, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, fire protection, kitchen, laundry, and plumbing systems.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of systems and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure that maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventative measures.
Requirements:
  • NITEC qualification in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
