As a Child Development Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing a cohort of children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Chaperoning children safely from school to centre
- Ensuring good hygiene practices among children
- Monitoring children's meals and rest times
- Leading children in physical exercises and activities
- Providing first aid and arranging medical attention when necessary
- Partnering with parents and volunteers to guide and nurture children
- Supporting children's schoolwork and cognitive development
Requirements:
- Minimum O Level qualification
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in childcare
- IT savvy and ability to use technology for teaching and administration
- Hardworking and meticulous with a positive attitude
- Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment
