Job Description:

This role supports the successful delivery of our training programs by working closely with the team. Key responsibilities include managing data for reporting purposes, assisting in exam preparation and invigilation support, verifying student enrollment status, and providing logistical support.

  • Compile and manage relevant training data.
  • Support exam preparation and provide necessary assistance.
  • Verify student enrollment status and manage assignment submissions.
  • Provide logistical assistance, including classroom setup and trainer support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A tertiary qualification holder with at least 1-2 years of administrative experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also required. Additionally, strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
