We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Power Solutions Specialist.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, with a focus on power-transformer, power-quality, and medium-voltage cable-testing solutions.
- This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
- Promote and sell power-transformer, power-quality, and medium-voltage cable-testing solutions to key accounts in the energy, land-transport, and heavy-industry sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and growth potential.
- Organize and deliver technical seminars, customer presentations, and sales negotiations, ensuring effective communication of product features and benefits.
- Sources project leads through multiple channels, driving them to successful contract award and reference installations.
- Compile regular reports on forecasts, visit reports, market and customer information, competition analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related field.
- 5+ years of technical sales experience in the power sector.
- Hands-on knowledge of power-transformer service activities and practical experience with electrical measurements.
- Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM software.
- Proven capacity to quickly learn and internalize the operating principles and technical details of unfamiliar products and services.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and adept at independently driving opportunities to closure.
- Willingness to travel across the region as required.
