Leading Visual Creative

We are seeking a skilled Visual Creative Specialist to lead the visual execution of key assets across digital platforms, retail spaces, and corporate communications. The ideal candidate will ensure a consistent and premium brand aesthetic across all touchpoints, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive creative work.
- This role involves translating campaign briefs into moodboards, key visuals, and final assets, supporting art direction during product photoshoots and retail content creation.
- The successful candidate will maintain and evolve our visual identity and creative guidelines, coordinating with external designers and freelancers when needed.
- 2–4 years of experience in visual design, branding, or art direction – agency or in-house
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand work across digital, retail, and print
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- A solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition
- A keen eye for detail and design systems
- The ability to work independently with a high sense of ownership, while also being a strong team player
- Bonus: experience in photography, motion, or 3D rendering is a plus
