Junior Coffee Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Coffee Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role
In this role, you will work efficiently to manage a fast-paced workload, collaborate with teammates to maintain excellent service flow, and greet every guest with warmth and a smile. You will also prepare and serve matcha, espresso, and seasonal drinks with care and consistency, share recommendations and product knowledge confidently, and keep the café clean, neat, organized, and calm.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum 1 year of experience in specialty coffee or busy café operations, with training provided. You will be able to work well under pressure in a high-volume café environment, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and team player mentality. Additionally, you will be comfortable communicating in English with customers and teammates, passionate about coffee, matcha, and delivering great customer experiences.
