Key Responsibilities:
  • To source and procure general materials and hardware for project sites in accordance with product evolution, specifications, and requirements.
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers and vendors, comparing prices for management approval.
  • Generate Purchase Orders based on material requisitions from site personnel.
  • Compile monthly purchase reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems within the department.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate in Purchasing and Materials Management or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Meticulous and organized approach to work.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to start work immediately, an added advantage.
