We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our Consumer Banking team. As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the team with data and dashboards related requirements within the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop business solutions.
  • Design and implement data flow, business solutioning, and testing approaches.
  • Handle large volumes of data for analysis, wrangling, reconciliation, and testing.
  • Partner with the team to ensure business solutions are properly implemented in line with user needs.
  • Manage UAT timelines, batch runs, and testing results.
  • Understand project scope, changes, and support the Project Manager in impact assessment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Computer Science.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience as a Business, System, or Data Analyst in the banking industry.
  • Hands-on experience in data querying (SQL).
  • Experience in handling data schemas and data wrangling.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience in Consumer/Retail Credit domain.
  • Knowledge of consumer credit loan systems and customer systems for cards and unsecured loan products.
