Job Title: Warehouse Delivery Specialist

Serve as a key member of our logistics team, responsible for delivering goods and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.\
  • Pick and pack items from the warehouse for delivery.\
  • Load and unload goods from vehicles, maintaining a safe working environment.\
  • Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.\
  • Perform storekeeper duties as required, including maintenance of inventory records.\
  • Assist with vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal performance.\
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.\
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives and improve processes.\
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, reporting any incidents or concerns promptly.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying new knowledge to enhance job performance.\
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and clients, fostering a positive work environment.\
  • Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, facilitating interaction with diverse stakeholders.\
  • Work flexible hours, including overtime and public holidays, to meet business needs.\
  • Able to lift heavy objects and work at heights, adhering to physical demands of the role.\
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.\
  • Other related duties as assigned.\
  • Requirements:\

    • Hold a valid Class 3 Driving License.\
    • Demonstrate at least one year of relevant experience in a similar role.\
    • Proven ability to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.\
    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.\
    • Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company.\
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\
    • Able to speak English and Mandarin fluently, facilitating effective communication with Chinese-speaking colleagues.\
    • Willingsness to undergo training and development to enhance job performance.\\
