Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team at CANDID CAPITAL MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trading across FX and commodities assets, with a proven track record of generating trading profits while demonstrating strong risk management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute investment strategies for portfolios focusing on FX and commodities
  2. Actively manage portfolios to capture opportunities across FX spot, forwards, options, and commodities such as energy, metals, and agricultural products
  3. Monitor and evaluate global macroeconomic developments, geopolitical events, and market trends affecting FX and commodity markets
  4. Implement risk management strategies, including hedging, to mitigate exposure and protect portfolio performance
  5. Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of FX and commodity markets, identifying opportunities for optimized returns
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or mathematics/economics
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in trading
  • Proven experience in portfolio management or trading with a focus on FX and commodities
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg and other trading tools
