Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Customer Operations team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer support queries, onboarding customers onto our suite of market-leading products, and analyzing trade data to drive customer success.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and our customer usage of these
• Use your analytical abilities to solve customer problems and help ensure their success
• Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to diagnose and resolve support issues
• Build knowledge of financial markets and engineering to better understand our product applications
• Take ownership and ensure best practice processes are created/championed

Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Recent STEM degree graduate e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics
• Skilled in a programming/scripting language such as SQL, Python, C#
• Keen problem solver with a results-focused approach
• Looking for a first step into the analytics field or initial experience in a customer-facing support role
• Ability to work under pressure and exercise clear judgement
• Curious mindset and proactive approach to learning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Great attention to detail
