Operational Support Specialist

THONG SIEK FOOD INDUSTRY PTE LTD is seeking an exceptional Operational Support Specialist to oversee operational activities, handle daily tasks, and address issues to ensure seamless operations.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the operations team, including the production and facility departments, to ensure the company meets its goals efficiently and effectively.

  • Coordinate with team leaders, supervisors, managers, and department heads to align departmental needs and goals.
  • Establish and manage records for all operational activities, ensuring that all documents are correctly filed and readily available for auditing.
  • Provide reports to the Division Head and HOD to offer insight into the department's overall efficiency.
  • Ensure that all activities conform to local and company standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an operational support specialist or in a similar role.
  • At least a O-Level / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and able to work independently while also being part of a team.
  • Bilingual and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with business software applications such as Microsoft Office.

Working location: 22 Senoko Way

5 days work week (Monday to Friday)
