As an Aircraft Component Specialist at SATAIR PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks related to component maintenance, including inspection, operational testing, repair, and modification. Your primary objective will be to ensure that aircraft components are effectively maintained, repaired, and modified to meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and complex repairs on assigned components under the supervision of your immediate superior.
- Conduct troubleshooting, testing, and operational checks on aircraft components to identify any issues or defects.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to resolve any issues related to aircraft systems modifications and repairs.
- Requisition materials necessary for the jobs in accordance with specified procedures.
- Participate in product audit exercises to ensure compliance with OEM requirements.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the aerospace industry.
- Mechanical fundamentals and working knowledge of English (oral and written).
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new programs and understand basic computer functions.
- PREFERRED: Knowledge of tools for SAP, email, and databases; CAAS Air Legislation examination papers M10, L11, L12, or CO1; CAAS Paper B11 or SAR-66 Papers CO2 and TM1.
We offer a competitive salary of SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental coverage, retirement plan, and annual leave.
