Customer Service Officer

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at MATRIX PROCESS AUTOMATION PTE. LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and call-back requests in a timely manner, delivering pleasant customer experiences within service levels.
- Follow up on all outstanding incidents/cases to ensure resolution.
- Accurately log all calls reported into the case management system.
- Maintain and update customer information, enquiries, problems, and resolutions in the case management system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of call center experience, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of policy and procedures, as well as experience with ticketing systems and Microsoft Office.
Working Arrangements
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be required to work staggered office hours on rotation, including alternate Saturdays. This may involve working a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. A G50 clearance is also required for this role.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is SGD $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical insurance, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
