Civil Draftsman Position

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Civil Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or higher qualification in Civil Engineering and at least 2-3 years of experience in civil drafting and design.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Lead Engineer and Lead Designer with civil and structural layout planning, conceptual development, and detailed design work.
  • Prepare accurate and standards-compliant civil and structural drawings aligned with client expectations.
  • Deliver design drawings efficiently within allocated man-hours and project timelines.
  • Develop and maintain 3D models using SP3D and SmartPlant 3D.
  • Coordinate closely with internal multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Conduct occasional site visits and offer technical support when needed.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Civil Engineering.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in civil drafting and design, particularly in plant engineering environments.
  • Strong ability to produce accurate drawings with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work setting.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and a reliable team player.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (latest version) is required.
