Job Opportunity Summary

The role of a Business Development Executive involves preparing proposals for government tenders, creating additional curriculum content to meet customer requirements, managing customer relationships and systemizing processes for all key stakeholders within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality education programs, working closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor our solutions accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create education proposals for government institutions on coding and robotics topics.
  • Familiarize with the company's suite of curriculum and craft key proposals deliverables in an educational framework.
  • Develop curriculum in accordance with the company's framework and subject focus, including worksheets, slides, lesson plans, and proposals.
  • Train other teachers within the organization on the subject matter and ensure effective delivery to clients.
  • Travel around the region to deliver training at client locations as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 'A' Levels or Diploma Holder.
  • Punctual and excellent communication skills.
  • Great command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Resourceful.
  • Will to travel around the region to deliver training.
  • Will to work flexible hours.
  • Familiarity with block-based coding and/or coding programs.
  • Organized with clear logic flow.
  • Experience in teaching is a bonus.
  • Experience with enrichment programs is a bonus.
  • Experience in Computer Science or other ICT-related skills is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with proposal writing is highly beneficial.
