Logistics Engineer Transformation Lead

We are seeking a results-driven engineer to lead the modernization of our logistics operations through cutting-edge automation and digital transformation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading large-scale automation, digital integration, and system optimization projects. They will possess strong problem-solving, communication, project, and stakeholder management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading logistics automation projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring measurable gains in performance and efficiency.
  • Specifying, justifying, and executing capital investments for advanced logistics systems and automation solutions.
  • Developing Statements of Work, system specifications, and overseeing FAT/SAT for flawless project delivery.
  • Selecting, implementing, and optimizing warehouse management systems (WMS), robotics, real-time location systems (RTLS), and autonomous transport technologies.
  • Leveraging data analytics, IoT platforms, digital twin simulations, and AI-powered optimization tools to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Applying rigorous risk management, safety, and quality frameworks to ensure compliance and operational reliability.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum Education: Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field with proven experience in logistics automation or transformation.
  • Minimum years of experience: At least 5 to 8+ years of relevant working experience in delivering Robotic and automated solutions.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong track record of delivering large-scale automation, digital integration, and system optimization projects.
  • Proficiency in WMS, robotics, IoT, AI/ML analytics, simulation tools, and industrial automation software.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, project, and stakeholder management skills.
