Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit handyman technician to join our organization. As a handyman technician, you will be responsible for performing general handyman duties including plumbing repairs, plastering, painting, carpentry, and furniture repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general handyman duties including:">
  • Plumbing repairs (e.g., pipe leaks, tap replacements, clearing chokes).">
  • Plastering, patching, and painting walls and ceilings.">
  • Basic carpentry and furniture repair.">
  • Support installation of equipment and minor renovation works.">
  • Maintain records of work performed and report completed tasks.">
  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with safety standards and procedures.">
  • Respond to emergency repair calls and attend to ad-hoc assignments when required.">
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repair work when needed.">

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in general handyman work.">
  • Good hands-on knowledge in plumbing, plastering, basic carpentry, and painting.">
  • Physical work required">
  • Physically fit and able to work at heights or in confined spaces if needed.">
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.">
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.">
