Job Title: Technical Support

The Technical Support role plays a pivotal part in our sales team, responsible for providing expert technical consultation and support. This encompasses maintaining high customer satisfaction through precise system configuration and quotes, as well as delivering comprehensive training and support to the sales and technical teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customized technical solutions and system design expertise for all sales projects across the region.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including site assessments, client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Manage projects from testing to commissioning and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in security, electronics, or small electronic system design, along with technical training and presales presentation skills, preferably within a multinational environment.
  • Familiarity with basic IT concepts, including security hardware, networks, and databases.
  • Knowledge of security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm system products/systems is advantageous.
  • Candidates with technical sales backgrounds will be at an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential.
  • A service-oriented and quick-learning individual is required.
