About the role
We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive new business opportunities and expand our client base.
In this full-time position based in Central, Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities that align with our strategic objectives.
- Proactively research and identify potential new clients and market opportunities
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth avenues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our overall business development plan
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Diploma or degree in Business or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development
- Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the corporate services industry
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
- Ability to think strategically and identify new market opportunities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin will be an advantage
