The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and design systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to define product requirements, user stories, and use cases.
  • Conduct user research, testing, and usability studies to identify pain points, validate design concepts, and inform product decisions.
  • Develop and communicate design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Produce high-quality designs consistent with brand guidelines and design systems.
  • Work closely with software engineers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and meet product requirements.
  • Continuously improve the design process by implementing design thinking methodologies, user-centered design principles, and agile development practices.

Requirements:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating product design experience.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and design systems.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
  • Experience with user research, testing, and usability studies to inform product decisions.
  • Ability to communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools like JIRA or Asana.
  • Plus: Experience with enterprise product design.

  • An estimated salary range of $100,000 - $140,000 per annum.
  • 14 days annual leave (plus unlimited sick days).
