Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with experience in leveraging data to inform business decisions. As a Business Intelligence Specialist at Ryde, you will work closely with various departments to streamline processes, optimize operations, and contribute to our high-growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.
- Analyze large sets of mobility and quick commerce data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can improve our platform's performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions that scale our business.
- Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities for growth and optimization within the mobility and quick commerce industry.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Tableau, with a strong portfolio of interactive dashboards and reports.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL and experience with databases.
- Familiarity with data analysis and programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
