Job Description

The role of a Training Development Strategist is to identify, develop, and enhance training frameworks and structures for Strategic Communication practitioners. These established structures and frameworks will address the strategic communications needs for operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design comprehensive training frameworks that cater to the needs of SC practitioners.
  • Develop competency structures that are aligned with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Identify and assess training requirements to optimize learning outcomes.
  • Enhance practitioner capabilities through targeted training initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends to stay ahead in training development.
  • Support capability development by providing guidance and resources.
Challenges and Opportunities
  • Staying abreast of the latest industry training trends, particularly on the Whole-of-Government front for Public Service officers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
