Executive Housekeeping Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd. As an Executive Housekeeping Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all conference rooms and pantries are clean, well-stocked, and organized.
About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
- Ensure conference rooms and pantries are clean and well-maintained
- Restock amenities and equipment as needed
- Escort clients and visitors to meeting rooms
- Facilitate ordering process for beverages and catering
- Prepare stock inventory reports and servicing reports for management review
- Acknowledge guest concerns and complaints with discretion and urgency
- Liaise with vendors for equipment maintenance and catering orders
- Promptly respond to telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner
Responsibilities:
- Comply with service standards and delivery as detailed in the contract
- Comply with Environmental, Health and Safety responsibilities
- Meet high Customer Satisfaction ratings as measured in regular surveys
- Maintain food handling standards and food safety plan
- Comply with Best Practice documentation
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years' experience in Hospitality, F&B or Customer Experience discipline
- Food Hygiene Certification preferred
