We are seeking a highly skilled Family Physician to join our team as a clinical supervisor. This role requires a strong leader who can provide high-quality patient care while maintaining a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Mentor junior doctors and healthcare professionals in providing excellent patient care.
- Take on leadership roles to improve the safety and quality of patient care.
- Be an active clinician with current practicing experience.
- Possess MBBS (NUS) or equivalent, and MMed (NUS) or equivalent qualifications.
- Have completed the Family Medicine Fellowship Programme and attained Fellow of the College of Family Physicians Singapore (FCFPS) title.
- Be registered with the Family Physicians Accreditation Board to practice as a Family Physician.
- Opportunity to lead by example in maintaining a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
