About the Opportunity:

We are a dynamic restaurant seeking an accomplished Executive Pizza Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating exceptional pizzas and other dishes that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute menu items featuring innovative pizza recipes and combinations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and presentation, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and stock management, to maintain optimal levels and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design new menu items and enhance existing ones based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Implement efficient kitchen procedures and practices to increase productivity and minimize costs.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and regulations.
  • Conduct regular equipment maintenance and inspections to ensure proper functioning and longevity.
  • Perform regular quality control checks to ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation and presentation.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new kitchen staff members to enhance team performance and cohesion.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a senior chef or equivalent role in a high-volume restaurant or catering service.

Proven track record of creative menu development and execution.

Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
