Are you a seasoned nursing leader ready to take on new challenges? We are seeking an exceptional Senior Nurse Manager to join our team in a Nursing Home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Nursing Department to ensure high standards of care, service quality, and operational efficiency
  • Supervise a multidisciplinary team (nurses, care staff, therapists) and ensure compliance with relevant standards
  • Oversee patient care, discharge planning, and smooth transition from acute to step-down care
  • Provide clinical guidance, conduct training, audits, and drive quality improvement initiatives
  • Handle administrative duties, including duty rosters, leave management, and staff development
  • Participate in projects, product evaluations, and nursing research where required

Requirements:

  • Valid SNB registration
  • At least 2 years of experience as Nurse Manager or Nurse Clinician
  • Strong leadership, people management, and clinical expertise
  • Proficient in relevant clinical and administrative IT systems
  • Senior role available for candidates with more extensive experience
