Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank payments, and tax returns.
  • Prepare accurate budget forecasts and financial statements on time.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Audit financial transactions and documents to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial data and perform regular database backups when necessary.
Requirements and Skills
  • Work experience as an accountant is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
